Due to continued growth we are looking to add a couple of Collectors to the Commercial Collections Team.
This post reports includes the following responsibilities:
Making outgoing calls to businesses to arrange for payment on behalf of clients
Taking incoming calls in response to outgoing correspondence

Experience within an outbound call based working environment would be preferable although a significant degree of induction and ongoing training would be provided. Applicants are expected to be fairly numerate, with GCSE Maths at grade C or better.

The successful candidate should;
- be numerate
- have a general level of business experience or working knowledge
- possess good communication skills
- be enthusiastic and determined to be successful
- be prepared to work some evenings (until 8pm) and Saturdays (9am until 3pm), the latter mainly upon progression

A basic salary of £13,500.00 would be offered plus, upon completion of a period of training and experience gathering, a bonus structure, which could increase salaries by up to £350.00 per month. Anticipated 1st year earnings would be £16,500.00 (pro-rata).

For consistently strong performing individuals the opportunity exists for promotion to our Consumer Collections team.
