MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE WITHIN COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION / COOLING SYSTEMS
Providing assistance and technical support to clients over the phone
Sourcing parts and providing prices on product lines
Offering advice on selected products and finding solutions to problems
Pro-actively up-selling products over the phone
Dealing with order, quotes, correspondence received via fax, e-mail and internet enquiries.
This would suit someone who has been working in a similar industry or maybe a refrigeration engineer looking to move in to an office based role. The role would be mostly office based with the opportunity to go out to site to carry out surveys.
