We are looking for target driven, confident, trustworthy professionals who must be self motivated, yet a team player. Enthusiasm and flexibility are also important.

Targets:
Achieve defined order targets and goals through pro-active telesales contact with existing customers and new businesses.
Ensure customers are aware of the full range of products available, along with their business benefits.
To ensure Customer Satisfaction targets are achieved.
To comprehensively use the marketing campaigns to promote focused products and services to the customer base.
To ensure all customer details, information and interaction are entered into OneView (CRM) in a timely and complete manner.

Required skills:
The ability to meet and exceed customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ability to use sales skills and knowledge to generate orders.
Interpersonal and team skills as well as excellent communication skills.
The ability to multi-task and stick to deadlines.

Required knowledge:
Customer and Industry awareness - an understanding of telecoms, particularly in relation to SMEs.
Systems - the ability to use the business systems and processes in operation.
Financial awareness - have a basic understanding of business finance.
Technical awareness - have a basic understanding of the technology and the associated jargon.
