• Taking inbound sales enquiry calls
• Obtaining all quality information from the customer necessary to assist with the most appropriate insurances to meet their needs.
• Prepare accurate quotations
• Following up pending quotations
• Making outbound lead generation calls in periods of slow inbound traffic
• Strictly adhering to underwriting guidelines, Financial Services Authority regulations and company procedures
• Case referral to underwriters where outside guidelines
• Liaise as appropriate with underwriters in relation to customers requirements
Hours Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm
Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 1 in 4 from 9am - 12:30pm (extra pay on top of your basic time and a half)
