A Beautiful Victorian mansion in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie to complete the brigade of 9.
The 80 cover fine dining restaurant which boasts one AA Rosette, serves a modern English menu with a French twist. The Head Chef ensures that he only uses the best seasonal and local ingredients to create dishes.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chef de Partie who has a strong rosette background.
