Chef de Partie Sought for fantastic City Centre Restaurant in Oxford - Great Salary - Apply Now
This delightful contemporary restaurant in Oxford city centre combines great food, wines and a stunning setting to create a fantastic atmosphere for the diners. Sourcing the freshest local and regional produce to create delicious modern British cuisine is this establishment aim, which is continues to accomplish, evident in its local popularity. The Head Chef of this restaurant is looking to recruit a fantastic Chef de Partie to become part of the ten strong kitchen brigade.
The duties of this Chef de Partie position will include:
* Maintaining the establishments excellent standards
* Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
* Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef
* Monitoring stock
* Working to a high standard at all times
The working pattern of this Chef de Partie position will be five days of seven as the business requires and will consist in mostly straight shifts.
Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Head Chef.
All applicants should have some experience of working in a quality rosette accredited environment as well as the desire to work with high quality cuisine. All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational skills. You will have previous experience of working in a section of a kitchen and you will also require your NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
