Job Description
SENIOR SOUS CHEF - UP TO £26k - 4 STAR PROPERTY
Working in this 4 star hotels main kitchen which covers the busy banqueting operation, you will be joining a large brigade. Having been accredited, the hotel is looking for a suitably eager & talented Senior Sous Chef.
You will have responsibility for the Banqueting Operation, working under the Head Chef and therefore need to be able to work independently but also be a key team player in this dedicated brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great team, in a prime location and truly enhance your Curriculum Vitae.

The Head Chef is looking for the right Senior Sous Chef that is eager and hungry for the role.

Qualifications/Experience required:
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent
Previous experience at Sous Chef property in a similar property.
Preferably you will also have previous rosette experience.
Must have a stable background in quality busy Hotel establishments
Must be eager to progress.
