Job Description

This fabulous luxury hotel is currently seeking to recruit a Commis Chef to enhance their existing brigade. The hotel has several dining rooms, ranging from fine dining restaurants to private dining facilities for functions and banquets. The hotel is also renowned for its award winning cuisine and food is prepared using only the best local and continental produce. The role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established team of chefs, with fantastic career prospects for the right individual. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a quality environment; however the attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. You will be preparing food and doing basic cooking, under the supervision of the more experienced chefs. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene, handling deliveries and stock rotation. Benefits include:

Qualifications/Experience required:
