Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef for our clients who are 4 star, Rosette accredited property set in several acres of countryside with over 100 bedrooms and excellent conference and banqueting facilities. The property is located in Oxfordshire.
The role
An enthusiastic and professional individual is required for this property. You must have previously worked within a Rosette accredited operation and be familiar with all areas of the kitchen. The successful candidate will be a creative individual, who will have the ability to run a section of the busy kitchen. You must be a team leader with good supervisory skills to enable you to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen and to ensure that a first class service is provided to all guests.

Qualifications/Experience required:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chef de Partie with at least two years experience within a similar role, preferably within the hotel environment or quality restaurants and have experience of catering for volume. You will also require NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a current food hygiene certificate. Candidates must have their own transport as this position is not live in.
