Sales Support Executive - IT Sales
Bourne End
Salary: £16,000 – £20,000
Our client is one of the UK’s leading IT solutions providers, offering an extensive range of IT services to a varied client base and has gained a reputation for enhancing the role of IT for their clients by providing a professional, consistent and reliable service.
They are looking for a dynamic and customer focused Sales Support Executive to join their internal sales team.
Sales Support Executive - Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain favourable relationships with existing clients and suppliers
Provide administrative support to the internal sales team including answering calls and monitoring customer accounts
Updating sales spreadsheet and all databases - ensuring customer information and sales records are up to date
Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure a high level of aftercare service
Handle and resolve account/client queries, and correspondence from the sales team
Taking, processing and monitoring orders
Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures, compiling them into reports for management
Sales Support Executive - Candidate
As Sales Support Executive you must be a self-motivated individual with superb communication skills and be very well presented as you will be an ambassador for the company.
You must be able to work as part of a team and provide proactive and professional sales support to our client’s internal sales team and to customers at all times.
Previous experience of a sales support role would be a distinct advantage along with technical competence within the Microsoft product range. The successful candidate will be starting or wishing to progress their career within IT sales.
