Job Description
An excellent position has become available for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in Middlesex to work at a large nursing home that cares for elderly residents as well as residents that are suffering from Dementia.The Role Assess residents care needs, provide health supervision and direct nursing care. Report any ill health amongst clients and make requests for GP / Professional visits where necessary.Participate in staff and client meetings as and when required. Carry out regular checks on clients at intervals determined by the home manager. Ensure a clear and concise handover report is given to all relevant staff members at the end of each shift.Ensure all equipment is clean and well maintained.Assess social and health care needs of new clients, and maintain on-going assessment and review of all other clients.Requirements A RGN qualification with experience of working with elderly care within a nursing home settingSatisfactory completion of a CRB & POVA CheckThorough knowledge and understanding of the CQC standardsAdaptability within the working environmentPackage £22,000 - £23,000 & Company Benefits If your experience matches please forward your CV immediatelyWhite Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
