Our Client is a well known Restaurant in the Maidenhead area looking to expand their team.

Job Role:

The Commis Chef takes full responsibility for the running of a particular part of a large kitchen. Plus general kitchen duties. Responsibilities:

Ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.

That food is always freshly prepared and on time.

Ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe, quality and standard expected.

Ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the sous chef or head chef.

Strive to study management subjects in preparation for future advancement.

General kitchen duties with the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef. Associated benefits:

Basic salary up to Â£15,000.
