Job Description

For 22 years, their award-winning digital audio and video solutions have helped people to achieve their creative visions. An opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Manager to join their team. As the Compliance Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of financial compliance within the revenue recognition function. In addition to liaising with field departments and auditors, you will be tasked with completing control and VSOE testing procedures. You will also assess current VSOE controls, lead discussion forums on improvements and implement any agreed changes. Your duties will include: * Revenue recognition, managing control processes for broadcast, audio and consumer products * Managing the VSOE procedures for broadcast, audio and consumer products * Carrying out detailed assessments of VSOE testing processes and suggesting improvements To be considered for the role of Compliance Manager, you must have: * Strong experience within a similar role * Experience of financial accounting and reporting * An ACA, CPA or ACCA qualification Additionally, as the Compliance Manager you should be an excellent communicator with a methodical approach to your work. You will also need to demonstrate competent IT skills, and good analytical, management and report writing skills. Although not essential, having knowledge of US GAAP and SOP97-1 or SOP81-1 would be beneficial to you application.
