Reading circa£22,000 Our client an I.T. Global company . Due to the continued success and growth of the business are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Representatives for the shared service centre in Reading. The ideal candidate will be degree educated with previous experience in a similar role and the drive and enthusiasm to succeed in this challenging role. .A six month contract with the possibility of a permanent role

The Role: * This is an ideal role for a sales person who want to provide customer service and some sales without having the pressure of sales targets will be
the single point of contact for customers ensuring the most
effective resolution of customer queries and problems
* This will involved 1st call resolution for the majority of
customer queries and ensuring complex cases are escalated
to and followed up by the correct point of contact
* You will provide post sales support pre sales enquiries and
order management logging customer details and problems
* Will have a strong understanding of I.T. Products to offer customer service and sell up
