Basingstoke £360.00 Per week
Our client has been operating as a building company since 1946 with a turnover of £80 million. Building new homes in the South East of England, they offer a range of types and sizes with an insight into the design and specification features that are important to their customers. They have earned a reputation for providing quality homes throughout the South East winning numerous awards for design, build, quality and meeting deadlines. The site management team is assessed by NHBC investors to ensure quality standards are being maintained throughout the construction process. For holiday cover for One week The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment and a car driver is essential.

The Role: * General house repairs on new build properties
Maintenance work ‘make good’
Responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance
tasks and minor repairs
Knowledge of site work essential and an understanding
of COSHH Health and Safety advantageous
Must be a car driver
Benefits: * Immediate start working for one week covering holiday
A large site with ongoing long term continuity
£72.00 per day, £360 per week, * Weekly paid credit transfer in to your bank
account each Friday
