Sales Advisor - Rickmansworth - £18,000 + Commission (depending upon experience)

A fantastic opportunity has just become available working for an insurance company based in Rickmansworth.

The role will involve:

* responding to email and telephone enquires in a polite and professional manner
* taking ownership of queries and resolving them effectively
* calling lapsed/existing customers to upsell/cross sell other services
* various administrative duties

The ideal candidate must:

* have fantastic sales/customer service skills and experience within a customer service environment
* have a polite and confident phone manner
* have experience working to targets in a fast paced environment

This is a full time role with a a 37.5 hour week based on the hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30-7.30pm and Fridays 9-5.30pm, candidates will need to have a flexible approach to working hours.
