Job Description

An Asset Data Management Consultant with a background in Utilities or related industry is required by our hugely successful client, offering substantial progression opportunities.

With customers in the Utilities, Rail, Transport, Defence and other Essential Industry sectors, this company has an enviable client base to which it delivers specialist Asset management solutions.  As a result of commercial growth, our client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Asset Data Management Consultant.

As an Asset Data Management Consultant your key objective will include:

• Deliver consultancy services in the area of Asset Data and Information Management to clients in the Utilities Industry
• Advising senior management and Director level customers on key utilities asset data and information management
• Problem/need identification, solution scoping and definition
• GIS systems data improvement
• Data management strategy definition and delivery, strategic planning
• Data quality and integrity analysis and profiling
• Application of IT solutions to realize business improvement

Key skills required as an Asset Data Management Consultant:

• 5 years experience operating at Senior Management/ Director level, providing advice and guidance
• Proven track record of delivering performance improvement through effective data and information management
• Strong experience with Asset Data Management and GIS systems
• Knowledge and experience of Electricity, Gas and Water services sectors, their data and the regulatory environments in which they operate
• Experience with some areas of the following - SCADA, Telemetry, Work Management and Asset Management
