The role is for a Purchase Ledger Clerk, to start as soon as possible.
Duties to include:-
Cashbook entries
Matching of delivery notes to purchase orders and invoices
Coding and posting of Supplier invoices onto Purchase Ledger
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Deal with supplier queries
Ad hoc tasks
Their accounting package is currently ADP/Kerridge; knowledge of this is desirable, but not essential.
